Over 55's discount of £20 applies to full weeks only and not between July 23 - August 27.
Booking Conditions
- Electricity charged by card meter (first £10 included). Storage heater included in rental price.
- Pets £25pw each (max 2) per bungalow. Not to be left unattended in the bungalow and on a lead when in the grounds.
- A deposit of £100 a week is required. A confirmatory statement will then be issued. The balance is due four clear weeks before the commencement of your holiday if paying by cheque. Cash can be paid on arrival.
- Cancellation must be notified as soon as possible, followed by a confirmatory letter.
- The person making the booking becomes liable for the total cost of the holiday unless the bungalow can be subsequently re-let. We feel it is essential that you safeguard this possibility by holiday insurance cover with a company of your choice.
- Bungalows are ready for occupation from 4.00pm on the day of arrival, and departing guests are requested to vacate their bungalow by 10.00am on the day of departure.
- Laundry facilities and gas barbeque available at extra cost.
- The Proprietors shall not be liable to any person for any personal injury or loss or damage to property however caused or sustained.
Towels are not provided.
Extra care is needed especially where young children are concerned around the ponds.
