Each of our twelve self-catering holiday cottages are stone built holiday cottages that are self-contained and warm (electrically heated and double glazed), very quiet with breathtaking views of the Exmoor National Park.

Dean Steep makes a superb base for a unique holiday experience to visit Exmoor, Lynton, Lynmouth and the rest of North Devon. A photographer's paradise, near the sea and ideal for National Trust walks, riding, fishing etc. Pets welcome in the holiday accommodation by prior arrangement. Shops are within one mile.

Set in 17 peaceful acres of North Devon countryside, all our well equipped holiday cottages have an open plan lounge and kitchen and have been comfortably furnished.

The kitchens have a full sized cooker, microwave and fridge. The lounge is cozy and warm with colour television and DVD. Two comfortable bedrooms, one double, the other with twin or single beds. Bathroom with wash hand basin, toilet and bath. One unit with shower in the bath.

Pillows, duvets and bed linen are provided. The laundry is shared with washing machines, dryer, irons and ironing board. Electricity is charged on a seasonal basis.

In our grounds you will find fish ponds, lawns, a wendy house, games room, garden furniture and a gas barbeque available upon request. High chair and cots are available but please bring your own bedding. Each holiday cottage has parking for one car on-site within level walking distance.
